By this point in the holiday season, the bountiful feast meals are behind us. And what remains is a varied selection of leftovers, both sweet and savoury. Travel season is upon us once more. And I’m sure that we’re all hoping that the crises that are currently affecting our world settle and permit us to indulge in this luxury once again. I know I am.
